INDUSTRIALIZATION
All preliminary stages of hot forging process are managed inside OMS, drawing of the raw parts, virtual simulation of hot forging results, design, drawing and construction of dies and all equipment needed for the chosen production line.
VIRTUAL SIMULATION OF HOT FORGING PROCESS
A virtual simulation of hot forging process of every raw part is done by the technical office, this 3D simulation can show eventual critical points and can also reduce eventual excess waste of raw material. Also is possible make evidence of most stressed areas to avoid future defects of produced raw parts.
DIES AND TOOLS PRODUCTION
All dies and tools needed for the production lines, screw presses and mechanical presses, are produced in tooling department. First step is the CAD drawing of the die, second step is the production by CAM system of the physical die at the workstation of tooling department that also performs all maintenance needed after production and stockage of dies and tools in physical warehouse.
